Things people bring to us

No question is too small or too big. A few of the things we help with most often:

  • Setting up a new phone or tablet
  • Email — making an account, sending, attachments
  • NHS App, GP appointments and repeat prescriptions
  • Universal Credit and other online forms
  • Video calls with family — WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom
  • Spotting scams and staying safe online
  • Free SIM cards and cheaper broadband
  • Asking about a free Chromebook

Can't make a session?
